This is a pre-paid subscription. What that means is that your subscription will renew every 6 months and you get 15% off regular monthly subscription price.
Hygge Box is our lifestyle box. Subscribe and get your box shipped to you once a month, every other month or every 3 months. The box includes items from the Nordic countries but we also hand pick brands and items from around the world that we feel share the Nordic lifestyle and we sell in our shop in downtown Reykjavík, Iceland.
Every box is a surprise and after you subscribe you need to personalize your box (read our welcoming email) so that we can curate the box specially for you. You can also switch to the other boxes we offer The Börn Box and The Heima Box whenever you want.
You can skip boxes, pause your subscription or move the renewal date if you want the box later or earlier then originally planned.
You get items worth at least double what you pay and there is free express worldwide shipping (220 countries) with DHL on all orders over $50.
In the Hygge Box you will find beauty or grooming products (remember to personalize), bath and spa items, leisure and all kind of things to relax and pamper yourself.
You can add items on special offer to each shipment. Look for them in the checkout and we will send you new offers before your every renewal.
You can give all our boxes as a gift subscription and/or pre-pay and get up to 20% off your subscription.
All new Hygge Box orders ship within 5-7 days and renewals within 1-3 days.

Returns:
All our subscription boxes are non-returnable but if an item is damaged please send us an email at hello@theheimabox.com with photos of the damaged items.
We will exchange to the correct size if we sent the wrong size on any clothing item.
