The Heima Box is our houseware and home decor box. The box includes items from the Nordic countries but we also hand pick brands and items from around the world that we feel share the Nordic lifestyle and we sell in our shop in downtown Reykjavík, Iceland.
Every box is a surprise but if you would like for your gift receiver to get boxes based upon their individual taste by taking the style quiz we suggest you give them a gift card.
In each box there are items worth at least double what you pay and there is free express worldwide shipping (220 countries) with DHL Express. We include tableware, serveware, kitchen items, pillows, throws, candles, some small batch food items, decor and more.
All new Heima Box orders ship within 5-7 days and renewals within 1-3 days.

Returns:
All our subscription boxes are non-returnable but if an item is damaged please send us an email at hello@theheimabox.com with photos of the damaged items.
We will exchange to the correct size if we sent the wrong size on any clothing item.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
The Heima Box cannot be returned but if an item is broken please send us your photos to hello@theheimabox.com and we will send you a replacement.
